"UPI", "Unified Payments Interface", and respective brand names, logos, and trademarks are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention on this website is strictly descriptive for format compatibility and interoperability purposes.

2. No Financial or Payment Processing Services

UPITools.in is not a payment gateway, payment aggregator, bank, or financial institution. We do not:

Initiate, hold, transfer, process, or settle funds
Provide merchant accounts or escrow services
Charge commissions or transaction fees on payments
Act as an intermediary between payers and payees

All money transfers occur strictly peer-to-peer or peer-to-merchant directly through your chosen UPI application and your respective banking institutions.

3. No Account Verification or Accuracy Guarantees

The tools provided on this website perform structural string formatting and QR code rendering in accordance with public NPCI protocol specifications.

Crucial Notice: Generating a QR code or payment link does not verify whether the entered UPI ID exists, is active, belongs to the declared individual, or is permitted by its issuing bank to receive payments.

Users are strictly responsible for verifying their own Virtual Payment Address (VPA) and payee details before circulating QR codes, printing standees, or sending payment links to customers or third parties. Always perform a small test transaction with your own payment app prior to public distribution.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UPITools.in, its authors, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of funds, erroneous transactions, printing expenses, business interruption, or loss of profits) arising in any way from the use of, or inability to use, any tools, codes, links, or documentation on this website.
